So, I am not active in a lot of other fandoms these days, but I do enjoy a lot of different media. What are some that you are enjoying right now?
As for me, I have a low-speed reread of the Fruits Basket manga going right now (in Japanese) - reading bits between calls or on long holds at work.

Mentioned in chat, but -- Not seriously (as in, I don't plan to read fic from it), but a friend spent most of this spring showing me all 18ish of the Marvel movies leading up to Infinity War. It was great fun, especially because in addition to watching the movies, I live-posted my reactions (we were doing live virtual watches together) to the internet community that got me into fic (multifandom - so there were a few folks who read btvs (and gave recs), but a lot of/most of the rest mostly read MCU). It was highly amusing for everyone. I spent a lot of it giving commentary on my current opinion of who had the swishiest coat/cloak/cape, and trying to guess what would happen next.
We have since had a number of conversations about crossover scenarios, but it doesn't get very far because I more or less demand that the btvs characters be the dominant/primary/protagonists...and I'm not at all interested in any of the MCU ships.

Be, that's awesome about reading Fruits Basket in Japanese. I haven't read the manga (which would be in English if I did, as I sadly can't read Japanese), but I have watched the anime. My first cosplay ever was as Kyo at ComiCon. My hair was short after donating it to Wigs for Kids, and I got it dyed orange.
At the moment, Spuffy is really my only active fandom, though I've been in a lot. My first internet fandom was DBZ, though my first fanfic ever was Star Trek: Voyager. It only exists in a notebook that's probably in a landfill by this point. It started en media res, with Janeway's consciousness sharing Paris's body and everyone else in comas caused by plants that were taking over the ship. I never finished it. I did finish a Forgotten Realms story, though.

I've only ever fallen deeply into one fandom. Spuffy is my only fanfic experience, writing or reading. I should probably broaden my horizons, but there's just so much to play with in this little sub-fandom of a larger one, it's more than keeping me busy. I can always branch out later, right?

I enjoy a lot of stuff on media, but I also tend to be pretty monogamous with my fandom - I have been in other fandoms, but I only ever seem to have one going at a time. And even though I would love to write my epic Criminal Minds crossover, it's the Spuffy/BtVS aspects of the crossover that matter to me the most. Nothing wrong with monogamy

Be, when the time comes for the CM crossover, I want in. I don't have to be involved in every bit of it, or even credited. But I am willing to beg just to be your brainstorming partner.

It is a DEAL! Let me clear off a few of my low-hanging-fruit WIPs and we will storm away. You are also welcome to message me at any time before then random ideas and wishlist things for the fic. (So far, I am really looking forward to the Spike/Garcia meeting.... But I think Reid and Willow could hang, and I suddenly have a hankering for Giles and Rossi to have a conversation...)

Spuffy is my newest fandom. My first love was Star Wars, where I moved from published books to read a few fics before writing a really really terrible attempt of my own at about 14. In high school I dabbled a little with SG1, found almost nothing in the LotR fanfic that I wanted to read, and some Buffy RPGs but mostly I was falling down the rabbit hole of Harry Potter and happily bounced around down there for a decade and a half.
It was only when I re-watched Buffy when I was ill last February (which coincided in a complete lack of any new, decently written HP fics in any ship that I was willing to read) that I started looking for Spuffy fanfic. And oh how deeply I fell in love with it.
I haven't read any HP since (nor have I written any of my HP epic fic for over a year, which I feel a bit guilty about).

I'm in an alarmingly embarrassing number of fandoms. Not necessarily active, more lurky, but still. Way too many to mention.

Natasha and Clint was one of my first ships. Long before I knew what ships were. I wanted to BE Natasha Romanoff! Joss ruined that one for me (in the MCU), along with ruining Spuffy! In canon anyway. Long live fanfic!
