I'll just paste the description the author (Archcommander Tenebros) wrote for each of these.
1. A Legacy Laid to Rest - MAJOR SPOILERS FOR FNAF. When a mysterious voice calls Mike and Jeremy over to the charred ruins of the latest incarnation of Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria, they will discover the last, sole survivor of its legacy. From her, they shall learn not just the reason why they had to fight for their survival, but also the full story of the franchise, including the tragedy and horror within.
2. Mike's New Ghostly Family - Freddy Fazbear's tale has come to a close. Mike and the girl inside the Puppet are the only two left who know the full story, and the older man has adopted the last pizzeria's sole survivor in all but name. But neither of them expected the ghosts of the murdered children to return, nor did they expect their family to expand so dramatically in such a short time.
A Legacy Laid to Rest is a sort of stand-alone piece with some elements altered from canon. The tone is serious and meant to offer a measure of closure to the series while also setting up the second story.
Mike's New Ghostly Family is more of a slice-of-life story. Or, you know, as close to that as you can get for a former FNAF security guard, a ghost girl possessing a robotic marionette, and six more ghost children who formerly inhabited some animatronic pizzaria mascots. There is occasional plot stuff, drama, hurt/comfort, etc., but also a lot of family-related fun and/or humor (chapter themes range from video games to holiday fun to nightmares to confronting actual demons from hell). Where the previous story was a one-shot, this one is currently 42 chapters long and still going.
